Our Work in Northeast India
Since 2018, we have actively expanded into Northeast India, with a strong focus on agarwood cultivation and value addition. Our initiatives in the region include:
- Training farmers and rural communities in sustainable agarwood cultivation, harvesting, and agroforestry techniques.
- Setting up model farms to demonstrate best practices in processing and value addition.
- Developing market linkages to help small growers connect directly with buyers.
- Providing technical and skill-based support to rural entrepreneurs in agarwood-based businesses.
- Advocating for policy support to facilitate a structured and sustainable approach to agarwood sector development.
Our work is deeply rooted in community-driven rural development, ensuring that traditional knowledge, local skills, and environmental sustainability are at the core of all our initiatives. Through our efforts, we aim to empower rural populations, promote sustainable agroforestry, and drive social entrepreneurship, fostering long-term economic and ecological balance.
